The new hotel is an expansion of an existing, successful business of the current owners. It will feature an underground passage connecting it with the old building, also scheduled for reconstruction.
Underground level hides the communications, engineering and conference halls. Ground-level is reserved for a top-notch wellness oasis, connected with an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant.
Each floor features spacious rooms with dreamy views. The rooms are all located on a single end of a hall, which itself opens up on a beautiful Lika landscape. Everything here is thought out to give visitors a perfect place to rest and enjoy.
