An apartment tailored for a family of two has become the perfect canvas for realizing their dreams and ambitions. The investors, with a strong vision of how they wanted their home to look, placed particular emphasis on preserving the original walls.
The aim was to retain the authenticity of the space while minimizing invasive construction interventions. Although largely satisfied with the original layout, they felt the need for a minor change and thus decided to swap the master bedroom and the child’s room.
The aesthetics of the space were carefully considered. Drawn to contemporary minimalism, yet with an eye for details that add sophistication, the investors opted for materials that blend simplicity and elegance. Patterns reminiscent of marble, found in various materials like chipboard, ceramics, and laminam, became the central design feature.
These fine textures were perfectly complemented by surfaces coated in pristine white with a high gloss finish. To add a touch of luxury, they meticulously selected gold accents that became the real gems of the space. Lighting fixtures and shelves with gold hues added warmth and opulence to the space, making it a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics.
